Position: Climbing Wall Sales Representative
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
– Sell Entre Prises USA, Inc. products to business or individuals over the telephone
and in person by performing the following duties.
– Manage wall sales; makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.
– Develop and present product presentation for future clients.
– Ability to navigate long sales cycle. From 1 month up to 2 years.
– Handle inbound wall sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
– Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
– Emphasize salable features, quotes prices and payment terms, prepares contracts and
sales orders for orders obtained.
– Ability to evaluate RFPs and prepare proposals and bid packages.
– Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into Pipedrive
– Travel to, setup and attend trade shows.

Familiarity/experience with the construction industry.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent in sales, marketing or business required; and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in the outdoor recreation industry and rock climbing experience is a plus.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as construction drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Internet software; ERP Systems. This job requires excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or
airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals in the production facility. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. The work environment is a typical office environment. This job requires travel locally and nationally.
